(1) The Ministry may delegate its power conferred to it by these Rules to the Board.
(2) The Central Motion Picture Censor Committee may delegate to use censor right of the motion picture to be telecasted by the Television broadcasting institution to the such Television broadcasting institution from among other powers conferred to it by these Rules
